How long does delivery take?
Your rug is woven after you order it: about 3–4 weeks for rugs up to 4 × 6 ft, around 5 weeks up to 7 × 10 ft, and 6–8 weeks for larger sizes. We then ship it by DHL Express or FedEx Express, insured, and it arrives within 5 to 7 business days of dispatch.
Before you order, you can read our returns and refunds policy.
Who makes BerberNest rugs?
The women weavers in our own workshop in Morocco make every rug by hand: pile rugs are hand-knotted and flatweaves are hand-woven, from wool we dye by hand. We don't buy rugs to resell, and each finished rug is washed, then dried outdoors in the sun before it leaves us.
Caring for it is simple: vacuum regularly, air it outside in the sun every month or two, spot-clean spills as soon as they happen, and have it professionally cleaned once a year.
Because every rug is handmade, the finished size can differ from the size ordered by a few centimetres. Questions before you order? Write to us.
